If you’re anything like me, Italian food is always the answer to ‘what should we have for dinner?’.

Insert : Bussola. After a day of beach walking, sun soaking, and massage relaxing at the gorgeous Mina Seyahi complex, classic Italian food was the only answer to that question.

Bussola is a three restaurant concept offering a stunning lounge overlooking the beach (perfect for a sunset drink!), a laid-back, authentic rooftop pizzeria, and of course, the signature fine dining restaurant serving truly classic Italian dishes by chef Marco. My best tip : arrive early for those sunset drinks and order in rounds…nothing says Italian like a four hour dinner.

You know my obsession with burrata, and Bussola did not disappoint. In fact, this was the largest burrata I have ever seen! Flown in every three days from Italy and accented with delicious flavors, this was the highlight of my dinner!
